Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Issues:
Qualification for Chapter 7 dramatically changed with the Passage of
new law reforms in late 2005. Debtors today struggle under unprecedented
debt, and yet the Act eliminated a realistic fresh start for more than
half of all debtors who desire to file Chapter 7 to discharge debts. All information appearing within is
provided with the understanding that it is general, and must not, under
any circumstance, be considered as legal advice.
Legal Advice must be provided by a qualified attorney, duly licensed by
the State Bar, who is familiar with the unique history and circumstance
of an individual receiving advice. Anything short of full disclosure and
personal service is not considered prudent.
