This federal service provides account holders with online access to forms, documents, pleadings and dockets for pending bankruptcy cases. In addition, online filing options are available for attorneys who represent bankruptcy clients. The trend is clear - all attorneys will eventually be required to file all bankruptcy cases online, and with the planned elimination of paper documents scheduled for 2010.
