the long term effects. Almost all prepaid legal advice plans include
access to bankruptcy lawyers. Also, free legal advice is frequently
provided by legal aid societies. Most legal aid societies are staffed by
lawyers and paralegals who are actively engaged in the practice of law,
and also chose to volunteer on a part time basis.
Filing bankruptcy requires a federal suit, and deserves due diligence
and thoughtful consideration of the impact upon family, credit, and
employment opportunities.
