The Code is clear, bankruptcy courts must remain neutral and cannot
provide any interested party with the appearance of legal assistance.
Official instructions, court procedures and local rules apply equally to
all parties, and are designed specifically to set forth requirements.
Notice carefully when reading official instructions that although
options are presented, no indication of the best choice is made. When
legal disputes inevitably arise, the court and all court personnel are
prohibited by law from providing any interested party with legal
assistance, advice, or recommendations. Courts remain silent or order
compliance. Little leeway exists between these two extremes.
