Federal and local rules apply to all Chapter 13 files when filing
bankruptcy. The Clerk of the Court maintains the current edition of all
local rules created with the District. National & location specific Local
Rules contain
procedural and technical clarifications applicable to Chapter 13 files,
in all federal districts and divisions, whereas local districts, and
even individual judges may create rules for a single court. When filing bankruptcy, all
federal rules, from all sources, must be obeyed
to prevent dismissal.
