bankruptcy statistics reported by the U.S. Administrate Office For the
Federal Courts. Oddly, what may seem as an overly generous allowance
provided by New Hampshire homestead exemption law - and highly
criticized by lobbyists promoting financial institution agendas -
creates an environment of stability, safety, and prosperity throughout
the State of New Hampshire. For added assurance, the New Hampshire homestead exemption form
permits county residents to formally elect a specific tract of land as a
primary residence and avoid creditor objections.
